Licences are annual, and are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and receipts, which is why their name appears on your statement rather than ours.
Renewals
A licence renews once a year and keeps your updates, new effects, new templates and support running. The price you sign up at is the price you keep — your renewal stays the same every year, even after prices rise for new customers. If a licence lapses and you come back later, you rejoin at the rate current at that time.
Cancelling
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email to manage or cancel the subscription at any time. Everything already on your site keeps working after a cancellation; you simply stop receiving updates.
Refunds
There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@innovatewebdevelopment.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you — the full terms are on the refund policy page.
Receipts and invoices
Your receipt comes from Paddle at the moment of purchase. The link in that email also lets you download an invoice and add or correct a company name or VAT number on it.
